All for a flat fee starting at $1,500
SOME SUPPORT
Need help filling out the proper paperwork correctly and want someone to file them for you?
You supply the information; we supply the documents (conforming with all state of Illinois statutes), file them for you with all appropriate parties, and notify the opposing side.
Package includes:
- Divorce petition
- Summons for service with directions on how to proceed
- Certificate of dissolution
- Filing process and opposing side notification
- Includes 1 hour of expert support
All for $2000 + court costs

Want someone to guide you every step of the way?
We can provide full representation – completing and filing all necessary paperwork (conforming to all state of Illinois statutes) and appearing in court on your behalf.
Representation includes:
- Drafting and filing paperwork
- Notifying all appropriate parties
- Attending all court appearances, speaking to the judge and opposing counsel on your behalf
Upfront fee of $3,000 + court costs to get your case started. After, you pay a flat monthly fee of $750 for the duration of your case.
